How do I create an account?

Open the app and tap Sign In at the bottom of any screen. You can register with your email address or sign in instantly with your Google or Apple account.

I didn't receive my verification email. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, open the app and go to Profile → Verify Email to resend the verification link. If the issue persists, contact us at ozdeals.contact@gmail.com.

How do I reset my password?

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.

How do I post a deal?

Tap the + button in the bottom navigation bar. Fill in the deal title, merchant, link and price, then submit. Your deal will be visible to the community immediately after posting.

How do deal alerts work?

Go to the Alerts tab and tap + to create a new alert. Enter a keyword or category you're interested in. You'll receive a push notification whenever a matching deal is posted by the community.

How do I manage push notifications?

Go to Profile → Settings → Notifications to enable or disable each notification type individually: deal alerts, expiry reminders, comment replies and follow activity.

What are DealCred points?

DealCred is OzDeals' reputation system. You earn points by posting deals that the community upvotes. The more points you accumulate, the higher your rank — from Newbie up to OzDeals Elite.

How do I report an inappropriate deal or comment?

Tap the three-dot menu on any deal or comment and select Report. Our moderation team reviews all reports and takes action within 24 hours.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Account deletion is permanent and removes all your personal data. You can also visit our account deletion page for more details.
